PROPERTY DETAILS
The Blue House is a mirror image of its next door neighbour the View. Entering through the blue (of course) front door you find the hall with a shower room handy for the pool. The hall leads to a bright modern space combining a kitchen living and dining area.
The lounge has a flat-screen TV cable DVD and Wi-Fi. Two feature stone arches lead to the superb state of art kitchen. Double doors lead to the pool.
First Floor:
3 bedrooms all have en suite showers. Two bedrooms have twin beds and the third is a double. They are well furnished and spacious with great views from their individual terraces.
Second Floor:
A narrow wrought iron staircase leads from the first to the second floor with its master bedroom with double bed and shower room en-suite. This bedroom has the largest private terrace - and offers the villa’s most spectacular views of Gozo.

Outside:
You’ll find superb countryside views a BBQ and modern rattan lounge beds (for 8 people) on the relaxing pool terrace.
The spiral staircase is narrow and may not be suitable for use by young children or anyone with mobility problems.
Xaghra
Xaghra’s village square has a range of cosmopolitan restaurants and a buzzing café atmosphere. It’s a great place for a hearty meal or a light snack and just as good for people watching. It is also within a short distance of the island’s main summer resort of Marsalforn with its excellent swimming spots restaurants bars and bustling summer crowds. Marsalforn is 1.2km from this Gozo holiday villa. Xwejni Bay is 3.3km away.
Ix-Xwejni Bay and Qbajjar Bay are both easily reached through Marsalforn or i|-{ebbu!. The two shallow bays are right next to each other with small pebbly beaches and rocky stretches leading into clear blue water. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the bays’ excellent swimming and there’s good diving to be had especially for beginners. A few fishing boats are based here too and there are a couple of bars and restaurants on the sea front.
Xaghra is also home to unique prehistoric temples which are the oldest standing structures in the world. Together with the burial grounds close by they’re a magnet for historians and archaeologists from all over the world.
The nearest bus stop to your Gozo holiday home is 260 metres away. Catch service 322 for Victoria and other villages.
On street parking is available outside the farmhouse.
